Microdesk was founded in 1994 with a simple mission – to assist Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner/Operators (AECO) and GIS firms with overcoming the challenges of implementing and utilizing design, construction and geospatial technology. Today, that mission still holds true, and Microdesk remains a cutting edge technology consultancy with 13 offices worldwide.

Our relationships with industry leading software manufacturers, including Autodesk, IBM, Bluebeam, Panzura, Microsoft, and Eagle Point, make us the most qualified and comprehensive provider of professional services to the industry. We are an Autodesk Platinum Partner, Bluebeam Platinum Partner, and an Authorized Solutions Training Center for Autodesk. Microdesk has been awarded numerous Autodesk honors, including the 2015 Platinum Club award for Highest Percentage Sales Growth in 2014,  2013 Platinum Club award for Top Overall New Business Growth, and in 2012 was named Autodesk North American Partner of the Year. Our Leadership

Michael DeLacey
Michael DeLaceyPrincipal and CEO
Michael is an enterprise-level Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations and Maintenance (AECO) technology consultant with more than 25 years of experience in integrating technology into the planning, design, construction and operations and maintenance process. As President and CEO, Michael oversees all aspects of Microdesk’s sales, marketing, consulting and software development operations, and he has been instrumental in developing technology plans and implementation strategies for organizations throughout the East Coast. Michael holds a degree in Computer Information Systems, coupled with extensive work experience in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geographic Information Systems, Facility and Asset Management as well as Architecture and Building Engineering.
Robin Adams
Robin AdamsPrincipal
As one of Microdesk’s founding principals, Robin brings 30 years of experience at all levels within nationally recognized firms that provide turnkey solutions within the AECO industries. Her work encapsulates finance, strategic planning, and overseeing operations. Prior to founding Microdesk in 1994, she spent 9 years at a Massachusetts-based Autodesk reseller, providing technical, sales and marketing support for CAD and GIS products. Robin holds degrees in Architectural and Building Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College and in Computer Information Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
Robert Zannotti
Robert ZannottiExecutive VP of Sales, Global
Rob is the Executive VP of Global Sales for Microdesk. He is responsible for managing Microdesk’s global sales team across the United States and Europe. He has been with Microdesk since 2006, starting as an Account Executive servicing clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and eventually becoming Microdesk’s first Business Development Manager in 2010.

Jody Reynolds

Jody Reynolds is Vice President of Consulting, responsible for managing Microdesk’s consulting services organization. Based in Microdesk’s Corporate Headquarters in Nashua, NH, he oversees the successful execution of all client consulting engagements.

Kevin Rose
Kevin RoseVP of Information Technology
As Vice President of Information Technology, Kevin manages the Microdesk IT team and oversees Information Technology system operations for the organization’s 12 offices nationwide. He is responsible for ensuring that all systems and infrastructure support and align with the company’s strategic goals
Darren End
Darren EndChief Financial Officer
Darren joined Microdesk in 2006. He has more than 20 years of finance, treasury, international accounting and management experience, in addition to his background working with specialized software firms.
Evan Forsberg
Evan ForsbergDirector of Sales, Western Region
Evan Forsberg is Microdesk’s Regional Director of Sales, Western Region. He manages Microdesk’s sales team based along the west coast. Prior to joining Microdesk, Evan held the position of Regional Sales Director at a Fortune 500 technology firm in San Francisco, where he worked for more than 10 years, starting as an Account Executive. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Siena College.
